National Taekwondo player Terrance Tetteh Asare has set out on a journey to qualify for the Rio Olympic Games next year after he was given an IOC scholarship by the Ghana Olympic Committee earlier this year.
He is particularly keen to make the most of the opportunity given to him by the Ghana Taekwondo Federation and the Ghana Olympic Committee.
The IOC scholarships form part of the GOC’s goal of assisting elite athletes selected and proposed by their National Federations in their preparation and qualification for Rio 2016.
