University of Ghana Teaching Hospital U/C

 The University of Legon Teaching Hospital Projects is being executed for the Ministries of Health and Eduction of Ghana. GKL's scope of work in phase 1 of the hospital development is a subcontract with EDC of Israel for the design and build of buildings 1, 2, and 6 shell and core construction. Construction started in April 2013 and handover to the Government is expected in 2016. 
Construction features:
3-storey buildings
Building 6 is constructed using post-tensioning technique 
Total floor space construction approximately 24,000 m Total cubic metres concrete approximately 17,000 m
