Quickly determine what needs to be done first by scanning the room. For instance, your window or mirror may have streaks. On the side table, however, go the leftover bowls or coffee-stained mugs first.
Put them in a stack and take them to the dishwasher or sink, and worry about the window and mirror another day. Picking everything up off the ground and arranging it properly for a few minutes is the first thing to do. Clean clothes can be rearranged in their respective drawers or closets, while dirty clothes should be thrown into the laundry basket to be washed later. Everything should have a place if you've taken the time to properly organize your wardrobe in the past, which saves time in this situation.
Trash that is readily apparent, such as used tissues or packaging, should be disposed of right away. Don't worry, though, if you still have some use for worn-out sneakers or magazines. These can be placed in a drawer or another area to be organized later. When you have a little more time, think about whether to throw things away.

Making your bed will go a long way toward making your room look tidy because, if you're in the bedroom, it's likely that it is the single largest item there.
Depending on how much time you have, you can either make the bed completely or simply fold it back. We'll focus on the latter because it moves more quickly. You must give the mattress time to air out because during the night, moisture and heat will collect under the comforter. As you go about your day's activities, pull the comforter back and smooth it out to allow the bed to air out. Although it may not be the most attractive sight, it is still better than a crumpled heap.
Additionally, since your pillows will have been compressed throughout the course of the night, it is a good idea to fluff them up to promote airflow. It might be a good idea to add these to your shopping list if you haven't already purchased one of the best mattress protectors.
.
Having good airflow will help to deodorize the room and knock away any lingering smells. If you don’t have a window, it may be an idea to invest in one of the best air purifiers that can mimic the effect.
While you're cleaning, keep your window open and, if you can, quickly spritz the air with air freshener. This can help kill any lingering bacteria that may be settling on your surfaces while also giving your room a pleasant scent.
Don't tackle items that will take you too much time to clean, such as window blinds. Although these will almost certainly harbor plenty of dust, cleaning blinds properly will take time. If you want to take care of them, it might be a good idea to spend money on a blind cleaner to make the job a little simpler.
This is an obvious win-win because employing the best robot vacuums means your floor will get cleaned with no additional time required from you.
While the autonomous little cleaners won’t entirely replace your upright vacuum just yet, they’re a great time saver. If your bedroom has a hard floor, you can get a helping hand with the mopping as well by buying one of the best robot mops, or a hybrid version between the two.
Some robot vacuums boast self-emptying bases, so you don’t even need to spend time emptying the dustbin. Object recognition means they should be able to navigate your newly-cleaned floor with ease while you get on with the dusting.
