REAL ESTATE PERSONALITY OF THE WEEK

Our personality of the week is the man noted for sheltering over a thousand middle income earners.
Referred to as Uncle Ebo by most of his employees and clients Ebo Acquah is the Chief Executive Officer of the Blue Rose Group of Companies. 

Early life and education
Born in Ajumako a district in the Central Region of Ghana, he had his elementary education at the Ajumako Eshien Primary School and subsequently to the Saltpond Methodist “B” and Abura Dunkwa Methodist School.

He is an old student of the Assin Manso Secondary School where he spent just a year and transferred to the Oda Secondary School for his his ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level certificates.

In his diverse portfolio includes the following-
2O14 to Date: Chairman of Blue Rose Group of companies (Blue Rose limited, Blue Rose concrete Products, Blue Lodge, Blue Rose sports complex, Blue Rose educational complex, Blue Rose services, Blue Rose medical centre)
2005-2014: Managing Director of Blue Rose limited
1989-2005: Founder and manager of Blue Rose florist and Construction 

SUCCESS AND ACHIEVEMENTS :

He has provided over 1000 affordable houses for Ghanaians.
2009 - 2nd Ghana Business & Financial Service Excellence Awards ( SILVER AWARD)
2010 - Residential Developer of the year (MASS HOUSING) - Ghana Property Award
2011 - Was honoured for being an Eminent West African who upholds the virtues of honesty, integrity and accountability by the West African Noble Forum ( WANEF ) 
2011 - Noble International Award from WANEF 
2012 - International Quality Crown Award (Quality Crown Award) London 
2012 - Africa's Best Low Income / Affordable Housing Developer (First African Real Estate and Housing Academic Awards)
2012 - A speaker at the European Business Assembly Forum, London 
2013 - 'Best Enterprise Internationally' Award and 'Manager of the Year' Award ( Socrates Awards), London 2013 - Platinum Category (World Quality Commitment Award -WQC)
